Program Objectives
The program is designed to enhance students' communication skills in Chinese across three levels: essential communication, daily conversation, and advanced fluency.
Program Duration
Summer courses typically run from July to August for 6 weeks, while the winter courses run from January to February for 4 weeks. Please refer to the school calendar for specific dates.

Eligibility
Applicants must be at least 18 years old, in good health, have no criminal record or history, hold a friendly and respectful attitude towards Chinese culture, and comply with Chinese laws and BIEM regulations.

Application and Enrollment Process
1. Application
Applicants should fill out the International Student's Application Form for Admission of Beijing Institute of Economics and Management, and submit all the required documents listed above.
2. Material Review
We will review the submitted application materials to ensure they are authentic, accurate, complete, and valid.
3. Admission
Once their application has been approved, the applicant must pay the registration and tuition fees in full, and purchase domestic insurance as required.
BIEM will issue an Admission Notice and a Visa Application Form for Study in China (JW201/202 form) to applicants. This process takes 4-5 weeks.
4. Registration
New students must register on the date specified in their Admission Notice. Make sure you're prepared to submit the following materials:

Visa Information
1. Before entering China, students should apply for an X1 or X2 visa at the local Chinese Embassy with the Visa Application Form for Study in China (JW202 form) and the Admission Notice.
2. Upon arrival, students holding an X1 or X2 visa must register with the school on the date specified, and apply for a Residence Permit within 30 days.
Accommodation
Students living off-campus must register their accommodation with the local police station within 24 hours after arrival.
