2024 Summer School on Smart Cities

July 14-22, 2024 

BACKGROUND

The 2024 Summer School on Smart Cities will be jointly organized by Beijing University of Civil Engineering and Architecture (BUCEA), Belt and Road Architectural University International Consortium (BRAUIC), and the International Society for Photogrammetry and Remote Sensing (ISPRS). The event will take place from July 14 to 22, 2024, at BUCEA in China.

Participating students and scholars will be guided by distinguished experts from renowned universities and institutions worldwide to gain state-of-the-art knowledge and hands-on skills, focusing on finding smarter solutions in the fields of architecture, environment, management, urban resources, and sustainable development. Alongside regular courses, the summer school will feature a diverse range of cultural activities designed to foster multicultural, multidisciplinary, and multi-level dialogues among teachers and students from different countries and regions. The summer school has been held successfully for seven consecutive years and attracted significant participation, welcoming over 1,400 students from more than 100 universities around the world.
