"Crabapple Stream" is one of the most beautiful flower viewing spots in Beijing during spring, and it is also one of the ten scenic spots of the Yuan Dadu City Wall Ruins Park. In April, thousands of crabapple trees in over 20 varieties, including midget crabapple, golden star crabapple and flowering quince, bloom simultaneously on the banks on both sides of the canal, offering a grand scene of innumerable crabapple flowers in full blossom.
