Reserve/Purchase Tickets: Reservations are required. Individual visitors can make reservations 1-3 days in advance on the official website or WeChat account of the National Natural History Museum of China; group visitors can make reservations 4 days in advance on the official website; seniors and children are also required to complete their reservations in advance.
Tickets for temporary exhibitions might sell out fast due to limited capacity. Each person can purchase a maximum of 5 tickets, and group purchases are not accepted.

Description: The National Natural History Museum of China (NNHMC) is the only national, comprehensive natural history museum in China. On behalf of the nation, NNHMC conserves, researches, collects, interprets and exhibits natural objects as well as natural heritage of historical, scientific and artistic values. The museum covers a gross floor area of over 23,000 square meters, with a collection of over 400,000 specimens and an annual attendance of 1.3 million.
