The BIBS Beijing Huairou Science City Campus has commenced enrollment, while the International Department of Huairou Hospital has commenced operations. It has advanced the construction and operation of scientific facilities with full commitment. Huairou has enhanced service capabilities for international talent by promoting the landing of the "Two Zones" policies, establishing a one-stop service platform for international talent, and setting up an immigration service hall; the early operations of Deloitte University have commenced. In addition, the district has deepened talent exchange and cooperation by hosting events such as the Conference on International Cooperation of Science Centers, Yanqi Lake Meeting, and Yanqi Talent Forum, thereby building platforms for high-level talent exchange both domestically and internationally.
