Chaoyang Wangjing International Talent Community continues to advance the development of the talent community, creating a harmonious, livable, and first-class environment for talent around the world.

First, the talent community builds an innovation-oriented international development platform. Development has been centered on key industrial sectors such as the digital economy and the development of the "Two Zones" (referring to the National Integrated Demonstration Zone for Greater Openness in the Services Sector and the China (Beijing) Pilot Free Trade Zone), with the "Phoenix Plan" talent policy system upgraded and refined. Talent has been brought together through platforms like the Overseas Talent Entrepreneurship Conference (OTEC), the Beijing Kunpeng Joint Innovation Center, and the China Academy of Industrial Internet. The community initiated the establishment of the "Talent Innovation and Development Alliance," creating an integrated exchange and cooperation platform for industries, universities, research institutes, and end-users. Leveraging the ripple effect of the "Future Science Prize," it aims to build a high-end international sci-tech innovation platform and a hub for international talent exchange. Meanwhile, it has been methodically advancing the construction of the permanent venue for the Future Forum, with a scientifically sound layout and well-developed functions in place.

Second, the talent community builds an openness-oriented international service system. Relying on the development of the international business environment, the community continuously enhances the one-stop service platform for international talent, delivering efficient and convenient service mechanisms. The "CBD International Talent Pool" forms a full-chain service system covering talent recruitment, utilization, cultivation, and retention. A multi-stakeholder co-governance model has been developed to advance the building of internationalized communities in areas such as Laiguangying, with smart platforms integrating resources from all parties to achieve "one-network, full-coverage" services. "International Talent Volunteer Service Teams" have been established to encourage international talent to participate in community governance.

Third, the talent community promotes a demand-oriented internationalized living standard. It will continue the construction of "Three International, One Future" (三国际一未来) initiative, a package of key projects including international hospitals, international schools, Wangjing One CommUnity, and the permanent venue of the Future Forum, to optimize the spatial layout of Wangjing, and promote a better balance between work and residence as well as the integration of industry and talent. The Chaoyang Talent Park has been planned and designed to foster a rich cultural atmosphere in which talent and the city thrive together. Internationalized characteristic blocks such as Liangma River International Style Waterfront, Wangjing Walk, and Lidu Business District, as well as various special events, have all enhanced the city's international cultural appeal and cultivated a talent-friendly ecosystem with distinctive Chaoyang characteristics.
