Port Visa Application Form;

Application Form for Foreign Student Visa to China;

School Admission Notice or Proof of Enrollment Letter;

Passport of the Accompanying Parent, along with a Valid Visa and Proof of Employment:

① For those already working in Beijing, provide an A-type work permit;

② For those not yet working in Beijing with an A-type work permit, simultaneous application for a work visa (Z) at the port is required;

③ Confirmation Letter issued by the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security.

Notarized Certificate of Family Relationship;

Inspect the original documents and collect photocopies.
