 Yuelangzhai is a time-honored brand in Beijing, dating back to the late Qing Dynasty. It carries on the traditions of selecting, slaughtering, preserving, and cooking mutton, which have been passed down since the Qing Dynasty. Additionally, it draws inspiration from the culinary heritage of the Hui, Han, Mongolian, Manchu, and Tibetan ethnic groups.

Some of its standout dishes include Yuelangzhai Whole Roasted Lamb, Silk Road Hot Pot, and Wild Green Wraps favored by the Empress Dowager Cixi.
