 Eryouju: Huatian Eryouju Meat Pie Restaurant (Xisi Branch)

As a Beijing time-honored brand established by the imperial chef Chang Eryou in 1921, Eryouju was later renamed "Xisi Steamed Bun Restaurant" in the 1960s and 1970s. In 2015, it underwent a chain-oriented development and was re-branded as Huatian Eryouju Meat Pie Restaurant.


Meiweizhai: Meiweizhai Restaurant (at Xiangda Plaza)

As a Beijing time-honored brand founded in 1923, Meiweizhai specializes in Shanghai-style dishes. Some of its signature dishes include braised minced eel, braised black carp, spiced pork ribs, rice cake fried with hairy crabs, and sweet and sour pork ribs.


Fangshan: Fangshan Restaurant

As a Chinese time-honored brand founded in 1925 in Beijing, Fangshan Restaurant, formerly known as "Fangshan Tea House", was reconstructed to specialize in offering palace cuisine. It has gained a reputation, both domestically and internationally, for its renowned "Man-Han Imperial Feast".


Tongchunyuan: Tongchunyuan Restaurant

As a Beijing and Chinese time-honored brand founded in 1930, Tongchunyuan is renowned for its Jiangsu cuisine. It is one of the eight famous restaurants in Beijing named after "Chun". Some of its specialty dishes include squirrel-shaped mandarin fish, braised minced eel, and lion's head meatball with crab meat.


Fengzeyuan: Fengzeyuan Restaurant (headquartered at Zhushikou)

As a Beijing and Chinese time-honored brand founded in 1930, Fengzeyuan is one of the eight famous restaurants in Beijing named after "Lou". Fengzeyuan is renowned both domestically and internationally for its authentic Shandong cuisine, specifically the flavors of Jinan and eastern Shandong. Some of its specialty dishes include scallion-flavored sea cucumbers, braised intestines in brown sauce, dry-fried meatballs, stewed cuttlefish nidamental gland, cold pork knuckle in jelly, and baked buns.


Xilaishun: Xilaishun Restaurant (near North Xinhua Street)

 Nanlaishun: Nanlaishun Restaurant

Established in 1937, Nanlaishun Restaurant is a time-honored Beijing brand and a leading halal dining enterprise in the capital. It specializes in a wide range of halal dishes, including stir-fried dishes, seafood, roasted duck, specially prepared lamb hot pot, and snack banquets.


Jubaoyuan: Jubaoyuan Restaurant (headquarters at Niujie Street)

Established in 1937, as a time-honored brand in Beijing, it initially started as a halal beef and mutton shop. In 2003, the restaurant expanded its menu to include lamb hotpot, which quickly became a favorite among diners.


Huatian Yanji: Huatian Yanji Restaurant (headquarters at Xisi)

ounded in 1943 by an elderly Korean woman named Li, Huatian Yanji is a time-honored brand in Beijing and China, famous for its Yanji-style cold noodles. Qingfeng: Qingfeng Steamed Bun Restaurant (at Xidan)

 Makai: Makai Restaurant (at Di'anmen)

The restaurant also features dishes inspired by English, French, German, and Italian culinary traditions. Jinyang Restaurant: Jinyang Restaurant (at Hufangqiao)

Founded in 1959, Jinyang Restaurant is a Beijing time-honored brand. It is located in an ancient building from the Qing Dynasty, known as "Yuewei Cottage", which was once the study of Ji Xiaolan, the editor in chief of The Si Ku Quan Shu (a complete library in the four branches of literature). Jinyang Restaurant is the earliest large restaurant in Beijing that specializes in Shanxi style dishes, guest rooms, and Ji Xiaolan's cultural exhibition. Some of its signature dishes include crispy duck, Jinyang oily meat, braised mandarin fish in vinegar, and diced pork braised with vinegar in a pot.

Founded in 1956, Huguosi Snacks is a time-honored brand both in Beijing and China renowned for its traditional Beijing halal snacks, which are considered part of the city's intangible cultural heritage. The restaurant offers a diverse menu featuring signature dishes such as pea-flavored cake, steamed rice cakes with sweet stuffing, honey twists, soybean-flavor cakes, fermented soybean drink, seasoned millet mush, and over 100 other traditional Beijing halal snacks.
