Yunnan cuisine is famous for its dishes made of freshwater fish and high-mountain delicacies, especially those using flowers and mushrooms. This restaurant is directly affiliated with the Beijing Office of the People's Government of Yunnan Province and is managed by a master chef of Yunnan cuisine. Following the upgrade, it now highlights traditional dishes using ingredients from the highland region of Yunnan.
