On July 2, a new version of the Health Kit was launched, adjusting the day-counting rule of the nucleic acid testing results that were not made available on the same day as the test was taken.
If users whose nucleic acid testing results on Health Kit says "3 days" take another test on the third day and the testing agencies fail to upload the testing results, the Health Kit will search the data of sampling time and process it based on big data. For users who are able to check the sampling time of the third party, their nucleic acid testing results will still say "3 days" at the fourth day, until their nucleic acid testing results are updated by the relevant testing agency.
For example, let’s say the days of testing result on your Health Kit says "3 days" on July 3 and you take another test on this day:
1. If the result comes out on July 3, your Health Kit will say "0 days" before 24:00 of July 3, and change to "1 day" on July 4;
2. If the result does not come out on that day, the Health Kit will automatically search your sampling record on July 3. After searching and confirming your record, your Health Kit will continue to say "3 days". Your Health Kit will be updated when your latest nucleic acid testing result are made available.
Under the principle of "one test every three days", residents who are required to take tests are advised to go to regular nucleic acid testing sites to ensure safe and free travel.
