Overview: Located in Zhoukoudian Town, Fangshan District, this themed trail is dedicated to the "Cradle of Human Origins." Stretching approximately 5 kilometers, it connects key attractions including the Zhoukoudian Site, Yongshou Temple, and six major viewing platforms. It brings together one million years of human history and millennium-old temple culture, making it perfect for educational trips, hiking, and sightseeing.

Transportation Guide:

Public Transport:

Take Bus Route 917 to Zhoukoudianlukou Station, then walk approximately 2 kilometers to the Zhoukoudian National Archeological Park - Northeast Ground Parking Lot.

Driving:

Navigate to the Zhoukoudian National Archeological Park - Northeast Ground Parking Lot (周口店遗址-东北侧地上停车场). It is recommended to arrive before 9:00 on weekends.

Travel Tips:

Zhoukoudian Site Museum and the Excavation Area of the East Slope are closed on Mondays.

Along the trail, refreshments are only available at Yongshou Temple and rest stops. Please bring sufficient warm water and snacks before departure.

Opening Hours:

Open year-round, 24 hours a day.
