
Overview: Located in Nanhaizi Park of the Beijing Economic-Technological Development Area, the greenway is themed on a "royal hunting ground" and stretches for 12 kilometers. Centered on "Chinese elk conservation + royal culture", it connects scenic spots including the Milu Yuan (麋鹿苑), Nanyou Qiufeng (南囿秋风), and wetlands. It is suitable for family leisure, wildlife education, and birdwatching and photography.
Transportation Guide:
Public Transport: Take Subway Line 8 to Demao Station, exit from Exit B2. Transfer to Bus Route Xing 74 Inner Loop to "Nanhaizi Gongyuandongmen Station", then walk 5 minutes.
Driving: Navigate to "Nanhaizi Park North/South Gate Parking Lot" (南海子公园北门/南门停车场)—EV fast-charging piles are available.
Travel Tips:
The Milu Yuan is closed on Tuesdays. Feeding the deer costs 60 yuan per adult; outside food is not allowed.
Autumn shines brightest at the "Nanyou Qiufeng" (南囿秋风) from September to October, while reed catkins are in full bloom in October.
