Beijing Subway has adopted the measure of offering delay certificates for a long time. Now, besides requesting from station staff on site, passengers can also use the "Beijing Subway" or "Beijing Rail Transit" app and click on the "Delay Notification" page to save the electronic version of or print out the subway delay notice.

Recently, the daily ridership of the entire Beijing rail network surpassed 10 million on weekdays. In terms of the peak passenger flow, Beijing Subway will take measures to ensure sufficient capacity, strengthen staff arrangements for emergency duty, and better guide the passenger flow at all stations to ensure smooth travel for passengers.
