Zhongshan Park houses a series of famous scenic spots including the Zhongshan Hall, the Aphorism Pavilion, and the Tanghua Dock. The park has been recognized as a major historical and cultural site protected at the national level, and one of the first batch of prestigious parks in Beijing. It was rated as an AAAA-level tourist attraction in 2011.
