The year 2025 marks the 130th anniversary of world cinema, the 120th anniversary of Chinese cinema, and the 15th anniversary of the Beijing International Film Festival (BJIFF). The 15th BJIFF will take place in Beijing from April 18 to 26, 2025. From the first film screening in Paris in 1895 to the birth of Chinese cinema in 1905, the art of film has transcended centuries and continues to radiate new vitality.
