Wang Qing is a professor with a Ph.D. degree. She is currently the Dean of the School of Art and Communication of Beijing Technology and Business University, a member of the Expert Committee of Beijing Journalism and Publishing, and the Director of the Journalism and Communication Committee of the China Association of Higher Education.
