1. One copy of Application Form for Tax Administrative Licensing

2. An original ID card of the handling person (to be returned after verification)

3. One copy of the production process and product inspection system

4. One copy of the storage, transportation and delivery system

5. One copy of the production equipment, production process and safety management system

6. One copy of the printing business license

7. An entrusted agent shall provide the following materials when applying:

(1) One copy of power of attorney

(2) One original ID card of the agent (to be returned after verification)

3.Handling Procedure

A. Application Acceptance: to be decided within the working day of application submision

B. Review and Decision: to take five working days

C. Issuance and Delivery: to be done within the same working day

1. Taxpayers assume responsibility for the authenticity and legality of the submitted materials.

2. The documents can be accessed and downloaded from the “Download” column on the website of the taxation bureau of relevant province, autonomous region, municipality directly under the Central Government or city under independent planning status, or they can be claimed by visiting relevant tax service office.

3. All copies of the materials submitted by the taxpayer must be marked as "consistent with the original", and signed and sealed.
