Beijing Municipal Bureau of Justice

For the application materials that require notarization and certification, applicants must have them notarized by a notary institution or notary public in their home country. The materials shall be certified either by the diplomatic authority of their home country or by an agency authorized by the diplomatic authority. The materials need also to be certified by the Chinese Embassy (Consulate) in their home country. All notarized and certified documents shall not be unsealed. Otherwise, they shall be re-notarized and re-certified.
