3. Processing Procedures

(1) Application acceptance: four working days for application and document receiving, and one working day for acceptance

(2) Review and decision-making: five working days for decision-making

(3) Certificate issuance and delivery: four working days for certificate preparation and one working day for issuance. Delivery: service window/mail
