1. The original application form for artwork alteration of foreign-related commercial artwork exhibition is needed. (It is not required for online application; it shall be completed with true information and stamped with the official seal for on-site application.)

2. The original copy and the original copy of the duplicate of the approval document on foreign-related commercial artwork exhibition are needed. (Please submit the original of approval document while obtaining the new approval document.)

3. A compact disc of newly added artworks and the original catalog of the foreign-related exhibition artworks (stamped with the official seal, complete and accurate) are needed.

4. The original power of attorney is needed.

3. Processing Procedure

(1) Application acceptance: four working days for application/receipt and one working day for acceptance.

(2) Review and decision-making: 13 working days for decision-making.

(3) Issuance and delivery: four working days for certificate preparation and one working day for issuance. The certificate can be collected at the service desk or delivered by mail.
