4. The original information form for the certified public accountant and other relevant overseas staff members who are to be assigned to China's mainland

5.One photocopy of the assigned certified public account's practice certificate and the original valid Hong Kong, Macao or Taiwan permanent identity documents of other relevant overseas staff are needed.

6. The original power of attorney issued by the overseas client.

7.The original of the domestic institution's confirmation letter that consents to the overseas accounting firm's temporary auditing is needed.
