2. Approval documents (licenses) from relevant authorities

3. Legal commencement certificates of the foreign (overseas) enterprise

4. An introduction letter from the Chinese partner entity

Financial and insurance-related foreign (overseas) enterprises are not required to submit this document.

5. A project contract

6. Credit certification of the foreign (overseas) enterprise

7. Appointment letter for the responsible individual issued by the chairman or general manager of the foreign (overseas) enterprise

8. A capital verification report                                                                         

Only required for foreign (overseas) enterprises in the financial and insurance sectors

9. Articles of association of the foreign (overseas) enterprise, and list of board members

10. Documents verifying lawful usage of the domicile (place of business)

11. Letter of informed commitment for registration of Beijing market entities
