1. Valid passport or other international travel documents of foreign home service personnel.

2. VISA / STAY PERMIT / RESIDENCE PERMIT APPLICATION FORM with a recent half-length, white background, bareheaded, front-faced 2-inch color photo.

3. Valid accommodation registration in Beijing.

4. Foreigners aged between 18-70 who apply for residence permits with a validity period of more than one year are required to submit the Verification Certificate of Medical Examination Records of Overseas Personnel issued by Entry-Exit Health and Quarantine Department of China within 6 months.

5. Relevant supporting documents of their employer:

a. Valid travel documents: Foreign high-level talent as employer shall provide their valid passport or other international travel documents, Foreigner's Permanent Residence Card, or employment residence permit issued in Beijing; High-level talent from Hong Kong or Macao shall provide their personal ID in Hong Kong or Macao, and Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macao Residents.

b. Certification letter of high-level foreign talent, innovative and entrepreneurial talent, high-level talent from Hong Kong and Macao issued by the Organization Department of Beijing Municipal Party Committee, Beijing Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, department in charge of foreign experts, department in charge of science and technology innovation, as well as the letter issued by the inviting organization.

6. Application letter and employment contract from the employer.

7. Economic guarantee (Certificate of Deposit of CNY 100,000 or more under the name of the employer in China) and valid personal accident insurance purchased in China under the name of the applicant.
