In case of losing the dog-keeping registration certificate, the dog keeper shall first reapply for a new one at the original registration authority with personal identification or the vouchers proving that the management service fees have been paid, and then go through the annual inspection for dogs. The above procedures shall be completed within 15 days after the loss of the certificate.
