(I) The following materials shall be submitted for stay/residence registration:

1. The parents' valid passports and other international travel documents.

2. The infant's Medical Certificate of Birth.

(II) The following materials shall be submitted in addition to those mentioned in (I) for applying for a visa/stay permit/residence permit:

3. Infant's valid foreign passport.

4. A completed VISA/STAY PERMIT/RESIDENCE PERMIT APPLICATION FORM with one front-facing, bareheaded, full-faced 2-inch color photo of the infant taken recently against a white background. 

5. A valid accommodation registration record in Beijing.

6. Parents' valid residence or stay permits in Beijing.
