Applicants from the household shall have all formalities handled at tax departments, market regulation administrations, or vehicle management departments within the 12 months of the Confirmation Notice's validity. Such formalities include payment voucher of vehicle purchase tax, tax-free certificates, invoices for second-hand vehicle sales, or vehicle registration. Failure of going through the procedures before expiration shall be deemed as waiving the allocated plates.
