Located 300 meters south of Jin'anqiao Station on Subway Line 6, a demonstration project of city-industry integration is scheduled to be put into use in 2025. Here, there will be not only commercial facilities, but also exhibition and office facilities based on old industrial relics. Meanwhile, more than 500 talent apartments, part of the project, are equipped with furniture and appliances, allowing immediate move-in. In addition, there are also a centralized canteen and community shared spaces for the talent apartments. This is Rongshi Plaza, located on the east side of the northern area of Shougang Park, adjacent to Jin'anqiao Station on Subway Line 6. Making full use of the industrial heritage nearby, the project consists of five buildings formed in an enclosed layout, including a high-quality office building, talent apartments, and themed commercial facilities, creating a multifunctional space for both living and working.

When renovating the factory, the project team adheres to the principles of "demolishing the old and building the new" and "restoring and reinstalling some of the original large facilities". In the future, it will serve as a hub for high-tech industries such as artificial intelligence and financial technology, with a special focus on the humanoid robotics industry, aiming to become an important industrial hub for the development of the humanoid robotics industry in Shijingshan District. In addition, the outdoor center created resulting from the enclosed design of the region will also integrate commercial, entertainment, and other service facilities in the future, making Rongshi Plaza a model of city-industry integration.

The two talent apartment buildings on the south side comprise a total of 507 finely decorated apartments. Building 6 is expected to provide 336 apartments for young, talented minds, which will be put into use in the spring; Building 7 has a total of 171 apartments, offering larger living space. The project is about 300 meters from the nearest subway station and a 5-minute walk to the nearest bus station, enjoying convenient transportation. The rooms on the south side can overlook the main venue of the China International Fair for Trade in Services. Targeting the enterprises in Shougang Park and also open for rental to the public, these apartments are fully furnished with interior amenities, furniture, and appliances, enabling future tenants to move in with just their luggage.
