1. Scan the QR code and download the "Taffic Management 12123" (“交管12123”) app.

2. Click "User Registration" in the lower right corner.

3. Enter the number of your identity document (Options: F: identity certificates for foreign nationals; G: identity certificates for diplomats; or I: Foreign Permanent Resident ID Card), your mobile phone number and other personal information.

For example, a foreign national can select "F: identity certificates for foreign nationals" and then "Other identity certificates for foreign nationals" to enter his/her passport number.

4. After finishing registration, each user can visit the app homepage to register his/her motor vehicle and the driving license issued by the People's Republic of China.
