A vast expanse of tulips (8,000 square meters) has just burst into bloom west of the Popular Science Exhibition Center in the China National Botanical Garden (North Garden). A variety of new, premium cultivars are on display, alongside wild species and distinctive multi-flowering varieties.

The gift shop selling plush souvenirs, located south of the Exhibition Greenhouse, has introduced special plush toys whose designs are inspired by tulips, as well as other themed items like plush flower pots and teapots. Tulip-shaped ice cream bars with a delicate design and rich flavors are also available now.
This tulip exhibition will run until early May, with a series of science education activities and thematic exhibitions continuing throughout the season.
