The first auspicious snowfall after the Spring Festival holiday arrived gracefully in Beijing. As the snow settled upon the mountains and the dawn broke softly, the Ming Tombs Reservoir in Changping District presented a serene scene of the lake and mountains, resembling a poetic scroll of traditional Chinese painting.
