On November 19, a splendid light show "Jifeng Chaoyang" (which literally means "Auspicious Phoenix Facing Chaoyang") was staged in front of the Shell Theater in Chaoyang Park.

With the opening of the 2023 Beijing Chaoyang International Light Festival, lights twinkled along the Liangma River, and various light installations transformed the river into something that belongs only to a fairyland.
