The 2026 Inbound & Outbound Cultural Tourism Festival is now underway at the National Agricultural Exhibition Center in Beijing and will run until October 17. The event showcases charming global destinations, diverse inbound and outbound itineraries, and great deals from 17 countries and regions — come and see for yourself!
A major highlight of this year's festival is its design, which transforms the exhibition area into a group of attractive international airport terminals. The entire space is divided into thematic zones — T1 through T4 — with a "Cloud Control Tower" serving as the main stage.
T1 Trade and Travel Hub: The main venue for the China Outbound and Inbound Travel Market (Travel Trade Only), where domestic and international travel agencies, airlines, and hotels can network and negotiate deals. It serves as a kind of barometer of annual trends in the inbound and outbound tourism markets.
T2 Oriental Covered Bridge: An inbound tourism experience zone, bringing together cultural and tourism resources and intangible cultural heritage offerings from locations such as Nanning in Guangxi, Hohhot and Ulanqab in Inner Mongolia, Liaocheng in Shandong, and Yichun in Heilongjiang.
T3 Departure Check-in: A shopping zone featuring tourism products, offering direct sales by travel agencies and limited-time special promotions — all in one place — so you can book your next trip on the spot.
T4 Wing of Exploration: An outbound tourism experience zone, featuring tourism highlights from international destinations such as Thailand, Madagascar, Italy, and Argentina.
Cloud Control Tower: The main stage, where immersive cultural showcases and destination presentations take the stage, offering visitors an unforgettable experience.
This year's festival brings together exhibitors from 17 countries and regions, with leading companies such as Ly.com, Trip.com Group, HCG Travel Group, and Utour Group on-site. They will present a variety of products, including inbound and outbound travel itineraries, hotels and guesthouses, and local lifestyle services.
Other key participants include the Tourism Authority of Thailand Beijing Office, the Argentine Embassy in China, the Istituto Italiano di Cultura (Italian Cultural Institute) in Beijing, and the Ethiopian Embassy in China, which will host official roadshows. Additionally, Chinese destinations, such as Nanning in Guangxi, Yichun in Heilongjiang, and Chaoyang in Liaoning, will also be featured. Visitors can discover global destinations and travel experiences all at once in Beijing's Chaoyang District.
Dreaming of a vacation while being worried about your budget? The event has a dedicated zone for direct sales by travel agencies, direct-to-consumer subsidies, and a wide range of deals, including early-bird discounts, flash sales, rare flight routes, and secret perks for tourists. There are also interactive check-in spots — by checking in at the exhibition and participating in activities, you will have the chance to get surprise rewards.

The event will also partner with SOLANA and the Liangma River cruise to offer exclusive perks for ticket holders. Come for more surprises!
