The renovation and upgrade project of the P3 Parking Lot at the Beijingnan Railway Station has recently come to an end, marking the full completion of the grand renovation plan for all four underground parking lots of the station. A smart management system has been established to improve the transfer efficiency of these parking lots, thereby enhancing the "last kilometer" connectivity experience for passengers at the station which is an important transport hub.

The underground parking lots of the station have adopted a smart management system featuring intelligent guidance screens. Passengers can receive real-time updates on their vehicles' locations via mobile phones or locate their drivers directly on high-definition LED screens in the waiting zones, significantly improving pickup efficiency. The system has also been connected to three major ride-hailing platforms—Didi, Amap and Baidu. After you place an order on one of these platforms, the car's real-time location will be automatically displayed as soon as it enters the parking lot, preventing congestion in the lanes.
Four ride-hailing waiting zones have been built across the four parking lots, covering a total area of 2,150 square meters and containing 876 parking spaces, with 188 in P1, 239 in P2, 199 in P3, and 250 in P4.

The taxi dispatch stations have also been relocated to keep taxi traffic segregated from ride-hailing and private vehicle flows, forming a new layout in which the eastern and western underground parking lots serve ride-hailing and private vehicles, while taxis and buses pick up and drop off passengers at the north and south exits. This measure has further improved road utilization and vehicle traffic efficiency.

In addition, the new taxi waiting zones and dedicated taxi lanes have expanded the station's taxi capacity. The station can now accommodate up to 750 taxis, more than three times as many as the previous capacity (240 taxis) in the eastern and western underground parking lots before the renovation.
