Tickets Officially Go on Sale for Beijing Open of PPA Tour Asia

The Beijing Open of the PPA Tour Asia 2026 will be held at the National Tennis Center from June 17 to 21. Tickets officially went on sale at 10:00 on May 26. During the Open Days on June 17 and 18, free admission to grandstand seats at the Capital Diamond Court as well as the outer courts of the matches will be available to the public.

 The matches are expected to feature professional players from more than 30 countries and regions.Regarding female players, Chao Yi Wang of the Chinese Taipei Team, who is currently Asia's top female pickleball player, will headline the field. She is currently ranked No. 7 worldwide in the Women's Singles, and No. 14 in the Women's Doubles, and is renowned for her speed, flexibility and precise ball control. Australian player Sahra Dennehy, currently ranked No. 13 in the Women's Singles, will also compete alongside Chinese players Yufei Long and Lingwei Kong, who are ranked No. 18 and No. 21 in the same category, respectively. 

On the men's side, American player Zane Ford, currently ranked No.10 in the Men's Singles, has confirmed his participation. Other top Asian players including Hoang Nam Ly (No. 15), Hien Truong (No. 16), and Hong Kit Wong (No. 19), are also among the confirmed participants. 

To make the games more accessible and further promote pickleball as an emerging sport, the organizer has launched multiple offers. Spectators may purchase tickets through the official mini-program and the ticketing website of China Open (中国网球公开赛). Meanwhile, players who signed up for the amateur division will each receive a ticket to the main event, and minors under the age of 18 may enjoy half-price admission.

The amateur division also welcomes local pickleball enthusiasts, where they can fully showcase their skills, with a total prize pool of 100,500 yuan. The division features five categories: Men's Singles, Women's Singles, Men's Doubles, Women's Doubles and Mixed Doubles. To encourage broader participation among skilled amateur players, multiple age categories including U18, 19+, 35+ and 50+ have also been set up.
