China Southern Airlines will officially launch a direct route between Beijing Daxing International Airport and Helsinki on March 29.

The route will be operated by a Boeing B787 Dreamliner, with flights scheduled three times a week on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays. Starting June 20, the route will increase to daily operations. Flight CZ8171 will depart Daxing at 14:45 (Beijing time) and arrive at Helsinki-Vantaa Airport at 18:35 (local time). The return flight, CZ8172, will leave Helsinki at 20:35 (local time) and reach Daxing at 09:45 (Beijing time) the following day.
This is Daxing Airport's first direct route to Northern Europe, operating between the capitals of China and Finland. As a major transit hub in Europe, Helsinki-Vantaa Airport offers direct onward connections to more than 35 destinations across the continent. Passengers from over 50 cities in China can easily travel to Finland and many other European destinations via Daxing Airport.
China Southern Airlines is offering special deals, including round-trip fares starting at 330 yuan (excluding taxes) and a 10-percent discount for pairs traveling together.
