The new store of Sam's Club is scheduled to open in 2027 in Songzhuang Town of Tongzhou District. The environmentally friendly site boasts a prime location with plans for park areas to its west and north.

The project has a total floor area of 55,300 square meters, including a main commercial building and an underground car parking lot. Positioned as a large-scale warehouse retail store, it is expected to serve as a one-stop shopping destination highlighting shopping experience and prime products and services. In addition to commercial facilities, supporting infrastructure and surrounding roads will also be upgraded to further improve the local transportation network and enhance accessibility.

The project is expected to generate annual sales of 2 billion yuan. It will further enhance the commercial vitality of northern Tongzhou and improve the quality of lifestyle services. With Sam's Club's strong brand appeal, the store is set to attract customers and drive further growth in the regional consumer sectors.
