Recently, the B-North section of the Huairou Science City Urban Living Room project passed its specialized fire safety inspection, meaning all 196 international apartments are now fully ready for occupation.

Positioned as a dedicated service hub for international research talents, the project provides 196 international expert apartments, along with convenient commercial and daily living amenities. A central sunken plaza and multi-level corridors connect the complex with the 180,000-square-meter life sciences laboratory cluster to the south and the central sci-tech service center, ensuring seamless spatial and functional integration.

Once in operation, the project will effectively fill the gap in support services for international research talents, complement surrounding research and service facilities, and further enhance the international public service capacity of Huairou Science City.
