In September 2025, representatives from local and national environmental departments of Belt and Road partner countries, including Indonesia, Thailand, Laos, and Malaysia, as well as delegations from the C40 Cities Climate Leadership Group and the Clean Air Asia were invited to participate in the 2025 Beijing International Forum for Metropolitan Clean Air and Climate Actions and related activities.
