The 2025 China International Fair for Trade in Services (CIFTIS) will take place at Shougang Park from September 10 to 14. So far, nearly 70 countries and international organizations have expressed intent to participate. Both Australia (the guest country of honor) and China's Anhui Province (the guest province of honor) will both send their largest-ever delegations. Over 800 companies—including more than 330 Fortune Global 500 firms and industrial leaders—are expected across the fair's nine special sections. International participants will account for over 20 percent of the fair, spanning 24 of the world's top 30 countries and regions in the services trade sector.
This year's fair will spotlight new achievements, with a focus on the distinctive strengths of the services trade and the "Beijing Service" brand. More than 70 companies, including Alibaba and Schneider Electric, plan to release over 130 new products and other innovations in sectors such as artificial intelligence, fintech, healthcare, and green and low-carbon development. The "Beijing Service" brand will showcase over 280 cases spanning government services, fintech, smart healthcare, and AI-powered education, among others. Through on-site displays, trade platforms, and policy support, the brand aims to instill the attendees the message—For "Beijing Service", Come to CIFTIS.
Shijingshan District will partner with local hotels, restaurants, and other businesses to issue special consumption vouchers covering accommodation, dining, retail, and more. A total of 201 quality businesses will join the "Ticket Stub for Discounts" campaign, allowing individuals with ticket stubs from sports events, films, and exhibitions to enjoy exclusive deals. Shougang Park will also host various supporting events, including the China International Candy Season, which will comprise a specialty product market and cultural activities, creating an all-in-one experience of tasting, shopping, and entertainment.
Services and safeguards have been upgraded. Shougang Park now offers more than 10,000 parking spaces and accommodates up to 40,000 diners at one time. Robotics companies based in the park will provide services such as reception, guided tours, logistics support, and self-service dining. Shijingshan District will also launch an unmanned shuttle bus connecting Shougang Park to the Yongding River, allowing both exhibitors and public visitors to experience the vibrant waterfront.
