In accordance with the Beijing's Flood Control Emergency Plan and the Emergency Plan for Flood Control of Beijing Special Sub-Command Center for Tourism Flood Control, the Beijing Special Sub-Command Center for Tourism Flood Control has implemented the following measures:

1. Close all tourist attractions citywide and evacuate on-site visitors to safe zones;

2. Suspend business operations of all rural homestays and camping sites, and promptly persuade incoming tourists to return or relocate visitors to safe shelters;

3. Suspend all tours conducted by travel agencies and fulfill safety notification obligations;

4. Suspend organized cultural and tourism activities (including all types of performances) and cultural/art training activities;

5. Hotels must advise guests to avoid or minimize non-essential outings, and ensure service support;

6. All relevant organizations must promptly announce the closure and suspension information to the public.

Locals and tourists from elsewhere are urged to fully comply with flood control emergency measures. During the Level-I emergency response period, please refrain from visiting tourist attractions, rural homestays, or camping sites, stay away from rivers, flood-prone mountain gullies, and flood discharge zones, and cease immediately all water or mountain-related outdoor activities to ensure personal safety.
