China's Civil Aviation Administration recently issued a ban on carrying power banks without 3C certification labels and those subject to product recalls on planes. With the ban drawing great attention from the public, concerns have arisen regarding whether high-speed railway stations will also enforce the same policy on power banks.

In response, the relevant person in charge of the China State Railway Group Co., Ltd. (China Railway) stated that railway transportation adheres to the relevant standards outlined in the Catalogue of Prohibited, Restricted, and Checked Items for Railway Passengers issued by the National Railway Administration and the Ministry of Public Security of China. This catalogue specifies that any power bank with a clear label and a rated capacity not exceeding 100Wh is permitted to be carried on trains.

Additionally, a customer service representative from the 12306 China Railway noted, "Currently, we do not check for 3C certification labels or the brands of power banks during inspections. Power banks are allowed on board as long as their rated capacities do not exceed 100Wh."
