The newly connected underground passage is situated on the south side of Jianguomenwai Street along Chang'an Avenue. Upon its full completion, the passage ensures seamless connectivity among Dajia Life Insurance, Beijing Yintai Centre, and the China World Trade Center commercial area, forming an integrated "business–commerce–transportation closed-loop system" within Beijing's CBD. Directing subway passenger flow into commercial facilities of adjacent buildings, it effectively transforms pedestrian traffic into enhanced consumer vitality.

Starting from Guomao Subway Station, the underground passage provides direct access to the B1-level commercial street of Beijing Yintai Centre within three to four minutes. The street is lined with diverse retail offerings, including convenience stores, coffee shops, and retail stores. After walking forward for about three minutes, pedestrians will arrive at the underground food street in the Bloomage International Center.

Via the newly connected underground passage, the walk from Beijing IFC to Guomao Subway Station takes approximately 10 minutes.

In addition to enhancing commuting experiences for white-collar workers and residents in areas with convenient above-ground transportation, the forthcoming openings of Subway Line 22 and Line 28 will interconnect most office districts, urban residential areas, and key functional areas within the CBD. This integration will further enhance the regional transit network and improve commuting efficiency.
