From May 2 to May 4, the Strawberry Music Festival will be held at the Flying Campsite in Beijing Expo Park, Yanqing District. Spanning three consecutive days, the event will feature four stages, 72 performance slots, and a lineup including over 20 groups of international artists, with 50 percent of the performers being fresh faces. Tickets go on sale across all platforms at 11:00 on March 25.

After entering the venue, premium and PRO ticket holders are advised to follow the signs to exchange their tickets for exclusive wristbands in the "Wristband Exchange/Ticket Upgrade" area and fully wear the wristbands, which grant access to special perks associated with their ticket type.

Refund Policy:

Before 11:00 on March 26, unconditional refunds are available.

From 11:00 on March 26 and 11:00 on April 19, refunds incur a 30 percent processing fee on the paid amount.

No refunds will be processed after 11:00 on April 19.

Transportation:

1. Strawberry Shuttle Bus:

Departure Pick-Up Point: Exit A of Lincuiqiao Subway Station

Departure Time: 9:30 - 16:00 (Bus departs once full.)

Return Drop-Off Point: Huixin Xijie Nankou Subway Station

Return Time: 19:00 - 22:00

Bus tickets are not sold separately. Attendees should purchase the "Strawberry Enjoy Package" via the "Modern Sky Now" App to receive a round-trip wristband for using the shuttle service. (Wristbands can be collected at the departure pick-up point and presented to board the shuttle bus.)

2. Train: If your city has direct trains to Yanqing Railway Station, you can purchase tickets to Yanqing and take a taxi from the station (around five minutes) to the festival venue.

3. Bus: Take the 919 Express Line from Deshengmen in the city to the Sijiaying Station, and then opt for a roughly 10-minute taxi ride (navigating to the intersection of Shiyuan Road and Shengbai West Street). Alternatively, you can transfer to the Y46 bus at Sijiaying Station, which will take you to the Shi Yuan No.6 Gate Station near the venue.

4. Driving: Departing from the city center, take the Beijing–Lhasa Expressway or Beijing-Chongli Expressway, exit at Donghongsi or Dafutuo toll stations, and navigate to parking lots P1-P4 at Beijing Expo Park. Parking lots P1 and P2 are free, but the walking distance to the venue is relatively long. Parking lots P3 and P4 are closer to the venue and charge CNY 20 per entry (no time limit).

5. Ride-Hailing Services: Navigate to "intersection of Shiyuan Road and Shengbai West Street".
