With a history of over 400 years and known as the "Cultural Market", this temple fair has been listed as one of the first national intangible cultural heritage item in China.

"A Dream of Red Mansions" Themed Temple Fair at the Grand View Garden

In addition to a market of creative cultural products, this temple fair will furnish traditional recreational activities enabling visitors to experience classical life scenes as depicted in the classic masterpiece A Dream of Red Mansions.

Longtan Temple Fair

This temple fair will feature time-honored brands, such as Quanjude and Donglaishun, as well as typical items, delicious snacks and local specialties typical of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei.

Badachu Spring Festival Cultural Temple Fair 

This temple fair will highlight technological elements, characterized by the debut of a themed digital human holographic cabin, enabling real-time interactions between digital humans and visitors.

Lantern Shows

Beijing Megalights Wonderland

Spanning an area of 40 hectares, the lantern show will comprise four meticulously schemed sections and eight themed areas, showcasing over 1,000 sets of colored lanterns, the "best in the world" produced in Zigong, Sichuan Province.

Time: December 28, 2024 to March 9, 2025

Location: Western quarter of Chaoyang Demonstration Area of Beijing Wenyuhe Park

Beijing Shi Yuan Lantern Art Festival

Covering an area of 50,000 square meters, the event will display over a thousand sets of technology-powered and traditional lanterns, along with a series of Spring Festival performances.

Time: Starting January 15, 2025

Location: Beijing Shi Yuan International Tourism Resort

"2025 Lantern Garden Tour" at Shijingshan Amusement Park

During the daytime, the temple fair will showcase unique scenic scenes, decorations and festive elements from around the world. At night, the Lantern Garden Tour will captivate visitors with massive lantern sets themed on the Year of the Snake.
