The much-anticipated Beijing Subway Line 3 (Dongsi Shitiao - Dongbabei) has been officially opened to traffic! Let's explore the popular sites along the way.
1. Workers' Stadium Station (Beijing Workers' Stadium+ Sanlitun)
A short walk away from the Workers' Stadium Station exit is the Beijing Workers' Stadium, which boasts the first international standard professional soccer field in Beijing. Taikoo Li Sanlitun, hailed as a "stylish and trendy landmark" and "first stores harvester", also sits nearby, serving as a one-stop destination for shopping, dining and entertainment.
2. Tuanjiehu Station (Tuanjiehu Park)
After exiting the Tuanjiehu Station, you can see the Tuanjiehu Park, which is home to rippling waters, long corridors, greenhouses, pavilions, terraces and other elegant buildings of classic simplicity, featuring ancient classical gardens in regions south of the Yangtze River.
3. Chaoyang Park Station (Chaoyang Park+ Pop Land)
After leaving the Chaoyang Park Station, you can head straight to the Chaoyang Park, where you’ll be greeted by a sea of tulips in summer, while in autumn, nearly 5,000 square meters of yellow cosmos in the Flower Valley of the northern park will impress you as if you’re touring the "Monet's Garden" in the city.
In the Pop Land, you can experience the most innocent fashions and enjoy music performances and delicacies in a vast bustling square. During the annual International Light Festival, the Shell Theater will also stage splendid light shows.
4. Beijing Chaoyang Railway Station
Beijing Chaoyang Railway Station is one of the most important hubs in the city. When the Chaoyang Subway Station goes into operation, passengers can get off the subway trains, take escalators to the transfer hall of the traffic hub, and walk for a few minutes to take high-speed trains at the Beijing Chaoyang Railway Station.
5. Dongbabei Station (Dongba Wanda Plaza)

Dongba Wanda Plaza, located near the Dongbabei Station, furnishes integrated digital, cultural, technological and lifestyle services. It is home to 258 brands and 33 first stores in Beijing and the region, with Beijing's first super-long skywalk on its top floor.
