The registration for the 2024 Haidian Marathon officially started at 10:00 on August 15, with the deadline at 17:00 on August 30.

The 2024 Haidian Marathon will start at 7:30 on October 27 at Zhongguancun No.1, Haidian District, Beijing. The route passes through key sci-tech cultural parks such as Haidian Planning Exhibition Center, Zhongguancun Environmental Protection Science and Technology Demonstration Garden, Cuihu National Urban Wetland Park, and Jingxi Rice Museum.

This marathon event (42.195 kilometers) has a participant ceiling of 10,000 individuals. In cases where the number of registrations exceeds the limit, participants will be selected through a lottery system.

Registration requirements: All participants must be at least 20 years old by December 31, 2024, meet the health requirements specified in the registration instructions, and have a foundation in the running training to be able to complete the marathon event. At the same time, upon registration, participating athletes shall upload their completion certificates for ever participating in a marathon or half-marathon event after January 1, 2023 (the completion certificates or results that can be queried on the "China Marathon platform" shall prevail, and the submitted results will not be used as the basis for grouping the athletes.)
