Recently, the Work Plan on Third Batch of Newly-Added and Optimized Scenarios of One-stop Government Services in Beijing was issued officially. On the basis of the previously accomplished 62 one-stop integrated service scenarios, this plan focuses on key matters that occur frequently throughout the lifecycles of enterprises and individuals, and further adds and optimizes more scenarios to consolidate and improve processing efficiency. Specifically, Beijing plans to add 11 one-stop service scenarios and optimize services in 11 scenarios.

The newly-added 11 one-stop service scenarios involve enterprise information changes, construction and operation of temporary three-dimensional parking facilities, review and approval services for the renovation of traditional commercial facilities, and civilized dog raising, among others. For instance, the services concerning changes to the registered information of enterprises, seal engraving, changes to basic accounts, and other related issues will be integrated after the reform. Beijing Municipal Public Security Bureau will integrate dog registration, annual inspections for dog registration certificates, vaccination, and payment of dog-relevant service fees to optimize processes and enable one-stop transactions and parallel approvals.

Beijing will also optimize 11 one-stop service scenarios, including social security card services, newborn birth registration, and school enrollment. For instance, leveraging the third-generation social security cards, Beijing will continue to enhance employment and human resources services and social security services, such as registration of rural job seekers, services relevant to medical treatment and drug purchase, transportation services, and services for visits to parks, museums, and art venues, and other integrated services. More application scenarios will be available for the holders of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Yikatong cards.
