"Great Wall Dragon" to be unveiled soon

The 2024 "Celebrating Chinese New Year in Yuanmingyuan Park" Festive Garden Party (hereinafter referred to as the "Event") will be held from February 10 to 24.

During the Event this year, Yuanmingyuan Park will create an immersive garden party featuring palatial culture and exhibit a large-scale mechanical art installation called "Great Wall Dragon", with three large-scale palace-themed entertainment facilities to be restored and five special activity areas to be set up. Before the launch of the Event, the park will offer a panoramic view of museums from various provinces and cities across China and their distinctive cultural and creative products. Visitors at the park can also taste traditional snacks such as tanghulu (candied fruit skewers) and sugar paintings, engage in various digital interactive experiences, play palatial games, watch dragon dances, traditional operas, magic and acrobatics shows, and partake in many other fascinating activities.

It is also noteworthy that the three major digital spaces will also remain open during the Spring Festival, namely "Yuanmingyuan Park 720 Time Travel Spacecraft", "Qianji Yuanming" and "Yuanming Lingjing Realistic VR Experience Center".
