To welcome the Year of the Dragon, Xicheng District's post offices, cultural centers, museums, historical buildings, and bookstores launch a variety of Chinese dragon-themed stamps, winning great popularity from citizens and tourists.

Niujie Post Office

Niujie Post Office is a themed post office of zodiac culture. Opening hours: 9:00—18:00 daily (February 10 to 17: 10:00-16:00).

Niujie Post Office launched stamps with the dragon patterns recently. At present, there are the distinctive Oxen stamp, five "Five Oxen" painting stamps, and 12 zodiac animal stamps.

The "Hao Chun Xuan" cultural innovation store offers various stamps and cultural innovation products. Opening hours: 9:00—20:00 daily. Closed on Mondays (except holidays).

The store newly launches three stamps with the theme of the Year of the Dragon. At present, there are three sets of 16 stamps in total.

Jingyi Space·Liyuan Bookstore

To celebrate the Year of the Dragon, Jingyi Space·Liyuan Bookstore, located on Huguosi Street, launches two themed stamps. Opening hours: 10:00—20:00 daily (closed from February 7 to 14).

Besides the dragon-themed stamps, the bookstore also offers fridge magnets and small ornaments featuring Beijing's distinctive characteristics, covering Beijing's landmarks, scenic spots and cultural relics.

Xisi branch of Xinhua Bookstore

Built in 1894, the two-story corner building of the Xisi branch of Xinhua Bookstore has a history of more than 100 years. Opening hours: 9:30—19:00 daily.

The bookstore launches three limited editions of stamps to welcome the Year of the Dragon. At present, there are 100 stamps in the bookstore.

Zhongshuge Bookstore in Xidan Galeries Lafayette

Zhongshuge Bookstore in Xidan Galeries Lafayette launched a stamp collecting activity recently. Opening hours: 10:00—22:00 daily (February 9th: 10:00-18:00, February 10th: 12:00-21:00).

In Zhongshuge, readers can not only collect the limited edition of the "dragon" stamp, but also buy cultural innovation products such as fridge magnets, original paper bags, Spring Festival couplet stickers, and postcards. What's more, the bookstore will carry out a series of reading activities during the Spring Festival.
